If you are an investor or potential investor in a Radial fund entity, or affiliated co-investment entity, or a representative thereof (together, “Radial Investors”), you may also have access to the dedicated investor area of the Website (the “Investor Portal”). This Website Privacy Policy is in addition to our Radial Investor Privacy Notice, which is available on the Investor Portal and applicable to Radial Investors (the “Investor Privacy Notice”).

  • If you are a Radial Investor and choose to access the Investor Portal, we will also collect your email address to provide you with log in credentials and to allow you to access the Investor Portal; and

To do this, we may use cookies, web beacons/clear gifts, or other geolocation tracking technologies (“Tracking Technologies”). Usage Data may include: unique device identifiers, device type, IP address, browser type, date and time stamps (such as the date and time you first accessed the Website), operating system, log data, and other information regarding your interaction with the Website, such as clickstream data. 

We may also collect information about you from third parties. Such information may come from sources such as service providers (e.g., the service provider hosting the Investor Portal).

Any information we receive from outside sources will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible or liable for the accuracy of the information provided to us by third parties and are not responsible for any third party’s policies or practices.
