Tom Goeke

Tom is a Senior Advisor at Radial Equity Partners.

Tom previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Milacron, a leading manufacturer of plastics processing equipment, where he transformed the business through a focus on consumable products and aftermarket parts, ultimately leading to the company’s IPO in 2015 and public-public sale to Hillenbrand in 2019. Tom was Chief Executive Officer of Klockner Pentaplast prior to Milacron and has spent more than 35 years in the chemicals and plastics industries.

Tom currently serves on the board of Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc., a provider of design build engineering and aftermarket services for industrial refrigeration systems.
