Tim has 35+ years of experience in the agriculture and protein processing industries. Tim’s previous leadership positions include CEO of JBS USA, one of the world’s largest protein processors, and Business Unit President at Smithfield Foods. He currently manages his fourth-generation family farm in Northeast Nebraska.
