David Norris

David Norris is a Senior Advisor at Radial Equity Partners.

David served as Chief Financial Officer and a Board Member of Pridgeon & Clay from 2017 to 2024. Prior to joining Pridgeon & Clay, he served in various leadership roles with Hendrickson, Eaton, and Chrysler over a 23-year period.  

David was previously Chief Financial Officer of Hendrickson and, prior to that, Vice President of Finance at Eaton's Vehicle Group. Prior to joining Eaton, he held positions with Chrysler in the United States, Mexico and Europe.    

David has held board positions with Pridgeon & Clay and Hendrickson India.

Portfolio Involvement

David currently serves on the Board of Directors of Premier Dental Products Company and works closely with Chairmen and CEOs of Radial’s portfolio companies on various strategic initiatives.
